Implementation

We use Microsoft’s project method SureStep for our implementation projects. Typical parts in a CRM implementation are:
• Installation of production and test servers. Test of clients, network, AD etc
• CRM Process analysis, workshops on all relevant entities and functions in the system
(Account, Contact, Opportunity, Service, Project, Campaigns, Security, Document handling etc)
• System configuration
(remove/add fields, new functions, workflow, roles etc)
• Reports
• Integration
(ERP, Portals, Webb, external databases, BI tools etc)
• Migration of data
(import of data from existing systems or data sources)
• Roll out
(communication plan, installation of clients, process and application training - users, management, IT , super-users etc)
